ARE YOU AN ACTUAL PHYSICAL STORE?
No. We are an online store that travels. Check our event page for locations where you can shop for a wide variety of paper crafting and mixed media supplies. We offer deals on workshops, No Frills crops, Fun and Frugal retreats and more. We hope you will visit us online often.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is a FLAT RATE of only $10 plus tax in Ontario. All other provinces and territories are a FLAT RATE of $15. plus tax.

Shipping within Canada is FREE on orders that are $100 or more before tax (restrictions apply). We ship everything in 13” x 13” x 2” boxes. If you have over-sized items that do not fit in this box size, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if extra shipping charges apply.

Please Note:  In order to qualify for FREE Shipping, quantity limits apply on certain DEAL items.  If those quantity limits are exceeded, our standard Shipping policy does not apply and you will be invoiced for shipping charges prior to your order shipping.

At this time we only ship within Canada. 



DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
YES!!  We offer coupon codes, gift cards and discounts for events.

CAN I 'PICK UP' MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

YES!! You can order through our online store and when you are in the 'check out' process you can select 'pick up in store'. We offer pickup at our sister store The Workshop in Stouffville or at any of our events (Day Crops, Weekend Retreats).  We can also arrange pickup in Whitby if needed.  Just contact us to confirm where you'd like to pickup your order and we will let you know when your order is complete and ready for you.



WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final unless the product is defective. In the event that there is a defect, the product must be returned with all the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  If you find an issue with anything in your order, please email us.



CROP REGISTRATION/CANCELLATIONS

All crop and event registrations must be done in person or through our online store. We can't take payment over the phone or by email. Registrations are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your class to someone else but we will need the name and contact information to help expedite the process.



WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

In our physical store we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT AND CASH! Through our online store, we accept VISA, or MASTERCARD and DEBIT. All online payments are processed through PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account.
