|CAN I 'PICK UP' MY ONLINE PURCHASE?|
YES!! You can order through our online store and when you are in the 'check out' process you can select 'pick up in store'. Our warehouse is in Ajax, Ontario. We will let you know when your order is complete and ready for pick up. Just let us know when you'll be passing by so we can have it ready for you.
|WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?|
All sales are final unless the product is defective. In the event that there is a defect, the product must be returned with all the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
All class registrations must be done in person or through our online store. We can't take payment over the phone or by email. Class registrations are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your class to someone else but we will need the name and contact information to help expedite the process. Should you miss a class and you are not be able to transfer it to someone else, you will be given the kit of materials provided for the class (this may not be complete if techniques/products were provided in the classroom). Stamped images will never be provided in a kit.

In our physical store we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT AND CASH! Through our online store, we accept VISA, or MASTERCARD and DEBIT. All online payments are processed through PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account.
